A High Level Reverse

Definition:  A high level reverse occurs when opener rebids a new suit 
	at the 3 level (thus forcing partner to take a preference at 
	the 3 level).  

Examples (marked by *): 

	1H	2D
	3C*

	1S	2H
	3D*

Point requirements: 
	1) At least 15 points and a real second suit.

	2) playing Max Hardy's 2/1 game-forcing, the high level 
	   reverse does not show any extra values.
